Service Areas

We work throughout Tucson, including Rita Ranch on the southeast side, and in Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Vail, Catalina Foothills, Casas Adobes and Tanque Verde. Permit offices differ across that map: Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana and Sahuarita are incorporated, so permits generally go through the city or town, while Green Valley, Vail, Catalina Foothills, Casas Adobes and Tanque Verde are unincorporated and generally fall under Pima County. We confirm the right office for each address. Electric service differs too. Much of the area is on TEP, but some outlying neighborhoods are Trico Electric Cooperative members, and Trico has its own process and rates for rooftop solar. Housing changes as you move outward, from flat-roofed central homes and older adobe to tile-roofed subdivisions and hillside homes in the foothills. Each town page covers what is different there.
